How big is the team?
6 specialists across Dhaka and London. We keep it small deliberately, so every senior lead knows every account by name rather than reading a handover document before your call.
Will my account be passed to a junior?
No. Junior staff support senior leads on execution, but no account is owned or reported on by anyone junior. The strategist stays on your account for as long as you are with us.
Can I speak to the team directly, or only an account manager?
Directly. There is no account manager layer between you and the specialist doing the work. If you have a question about your Google Ads spend, you ask the person managing it.
Do you work in Bangla or English?
Both. Strategy documents and reports are in English by default because most clients want something they can forward. Day-to-day conversation is in whichever language you prefer.
